Great In Taste & Healthy Mexican Zucchini Soup Recipe


Soups are always a great way to gain healthy nutrients, every age people like to eat soups, including kids. Because soup is very easy digest and it is the great way to stay warm & healthy in cold day. It is also an important part of meal in some regions.

Winter's are on our doorstep. So prepare yourself to enjoy these winter and be healthy. You don’t need to go outside in a restaurant to eat your favorite soup, now you can easily prepare your it at home.

Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite, very delicious, great in taste & healthy soup recipe called Mexican zucchini soup recipe. This recipe is very easy to make in cold and rainy days and very healthy.

What needs to Prepare this:
2 cup Zucchini
Unpeeled and Sliced 1 Small Onion
Chopped 1 cup Corn Kernels
2 tbsp Green Chilies Chopped
2 cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Milk
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
2-3 tbsp Cream Cheese Few Parsley or Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 Pinch Nutmeg Powder Butter for fry
Salt to taste

How to make Mexican Zucchini Soup

Step 1: Heat butter in a pan, add onion and sauté over a medium heat till the tender. Combined zucchini green chillies, corns, vegetable broth and black pepper powder, nutmeg powder.

Step 2: Mix well and cook till the zucchini became tender

Step 3: Pour milk in the pan and stir it for few minutes then add cream cheese and salt as needed. Whisk well. Cook for 10 minutes more until the cheese mixed well into the milk

Step 4: Turn off the flame. Garnish with parsley or coriander leaves.

Step 5: Serve warm

Does bacon ever get old on a breakfast menu?



No, of course it doesn't!  What a silly suggestion.  Even if you're
watching your weight, bacon for breakfast is a good, relatively low
calorie protein to utilise, believe it or not.



Until this morning, I really thought that the egg and bacon sandwich was
the best weekday use of bacon for breakfast.  Now of course, the Full
English Breakfast takes the overall title, but you can't eat one of
those every day.  Not these days, at these prices and with a relatively
sedentary lifestyle of office work, anyway.  No, the egg and bacon
sandwich was it.



Or so I thought, right up until today.  We went grocery shopping early
and I missed breakfast to achieve that.  So I bought myself a croissant
to have with a cuppa once I got home.  Except, hubby bought some bacon
to have in sandwiches once we got home.  Now as I am sure you
understand, once offered bacon it is impossible to reject.  Can't be
done.  It's the law.  But I wanted my croissant.  Hence, the egg and
bacon croissant was born.  (Well, it might have been born elsewhere at
another time, but not in my kitchen).



So listen up, one and all!  Forget your bacon & egg sandwiches,
that's so yesterday.  Today, the bacon & egg croissant is the
contemporary, hip and happenin' breakfast.  400 calories?  Aaah, just
have a salad for lunch - it'll be worth it, I promise.  This was SO
good. I thought that perhaps it would be nice - but hadn't reckoned on
just HOW nice.



The recipe is simple - slice your croissant across lengthwise, grill two slices of smoked back bacon and fry an egg
in olive oil.  Lay the bacon across the croissant, lovingly lay the egg
on top, add sea salt and black pepper and enclose it with the other
half of your croissant.  Take it somewhere quiet and enjoy your breakfast whilst holding the plate closely under your chin, to catch the golden, delicious drips.  Happy sighs will ensue.

Yummy Iced Coffee Cocktail For Summer


The summer season is on it’s peak and this is the time when you want something that will make you cool in hot day’s like something to eat or drink. In summer drinks are the best option to overcome the heat and maintain the temperature of body. But for a drink you have to go out side and face off the heat, sun light. But i have the way with that you don’t have to face the heat of sun and you can enjoy your drink without any problem with full of joy.

So friends i am sharing with you my favorite yummy iced coffee cocktail recipes that makes you feel cool in summer day’s. You can make this drink recipes by yourself at home and it needs very few ingredients to prepare it.

Iced Coffee Cocktail


Servings:  4
Prep Time:  Few hours for coffee ice cubes to freeze
Total Time:  1-2 hours

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup coffee for coffee ice cubes 
3 teaspoons powdered sugar 
1 cup hazelnut or vanilla ice cream 
1 cup cold milk 
2 dl of cream liqueur (Baileys, coffee, hazelnut or similar)

Learn how you can prepare:

  • Boil strong black coffee (espresso or Turkish)
  • Add 3 teaspoons powdered sugar and fill up the coffee into a mold for ice cubes.
  • Allow a few hours for the ice to harden.
  • Place a few tablespoons of ice-cream into each glass and soaked it with liqueur.
  • Add the coffee ice cubes (about 5 per glass) and finally pour the cold milk to the top of the glass.
  • Decorate with chocolate powder.

How To Make Indo - Chinese Paneer Chilli Dry Recipe At Home


Every time in our life we are trying to do something new or better to make our family or loved ones Happy and always finding ways how to make their life Healthy. There is a very Popular saying "The Way To A Man's Heart Is Through His Stomach“. Most of the time when your life partner comes from office work with tension or stress, then food is the only way to overcome their stress. Because if you eat good & tasty food you forget everything that makes you tensioned and you feel energetic. When we feel happy and energetic then we are ready to face any challenges more easily. So that is why I am here to share with you a good food recipe which is very delicious and healthy called “Paneer Chilli Dry”.

Paneer Chilli Dry Recipe is a classic Indo - Chinese dish that is very famous in all over the world. This recipe is made with using Indian ingredients paneer. Paneer is the main ingredient of this recipe. This recipe is used as a great appetizer for lunch, dinner or small parties and etc. It is very easy to make at home and you also add some more ingredients in it to make it more spicy and delicious. The best part of this recipe is, it is budget friendly and need very few ingredients to prepare.

Paneer Chilli Dry Recipe

Servings: 3 - 4

Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 30 mins


• 300 gm Paneer (Cottage cheese), cut it into medium sized cubes
• 2 medium Onion, thickly sliced
• 1 large Green Capsicum, thickly sliced
• 3 tbsp Corn Flour, 3 tsp All Purpose Flour
• 10 Green Chilies, cut it into long slices
• 2 tsp Garlic Paste, 2 tsp Ginger Paste
• 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto, 3 tsp Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
• 4 tbsp Soya Sauce and 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
• 1-2 tbsp Spring Onion for garnish
• 2 tbsp Chilly Sauce and Oil for deep frying
• Water as required, 2 tbsp Oil, Salt to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Take a medium size bowl. Add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, black pepper, 1 tbsp soya sauce, water and make a smooth batter.
 
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Dip paneer pieces in batter, coat them properly and deep fry paneer cubes in oil until light brown. 
 
Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a work. Add garlic-ginger paste, green chilies, onion, capsicum and saute for 3-4 mints on medium flame. 
 
Step 4: Add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, salt and cook over medium flame for 2 mins.

Step 5: Add fried paneer pieces and stir well, cook for 4-5 mins. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.

This is the dry version of paneer chilli, if you want to make it saucy then you can add cup of water at the end of this and cook it until thickness. You can also use cooking soda to the batter if you want to make it more crispy.
